那天我在抄录这份文案的时候同时默译了一下，以为是一家有着非常丰盛飞机餐的航空公司。
今日认真译起关于”Kosher”这个词，才发现这个世界上除了日本外还有这么细致的民族——
以色列犹太人。
我对这个民族很陌生，只是知道他们在希特勒时期被疯狂屠杀，再多的都不知道了。
这篇文案像篇百科一样刚好给我上了一课。
“Kosher”是指符合犹太教规的，干净的，也指世界上最严格的“洁食认证”，
它代表了全球最高等级的产品品质及百分之百纯净天然，其认证证书已经逐渐成为了世界食品行业的通行证。
至于怎么个最高等级法，看接下来的文案翻译就知道。
所以有时候不得不佩服宗教的力量。
我记得我妈妈有一个信奉伊斯兰教的朋友，虽然都在广州，但不常联系，很多年前她突然约我妈出去聚一聚，
地点就在中山六路的那家回民餐厅。
那次她是和我妈告别的，说要趁着还能走动，一定去麦加朝圣一次。
可那一年她已经70岁了。这边伊斯兰教的组织者建议像她那么大年纪的人就不要去冒险了，
谁都知道每一次的麦加朝圣对于我们这种无宗教之人来说都尤如一场身心的动乱，
每年因人群推挤碰撞被踩死的信众不计其数
然而信徒们还得要进行一系列的受戒仪式，然后过五关斩六将地跋山涉水，
像是个庞大的西天取经之队前往他们的圣地。
我不知道真主为什么能让他们那么义无反顾，
我只知道这力量非常大，大到让我感觉足以摧毁一个地区一个城市甚至是世界的东西。
可那次之后那个伊斯兰教的朋友再也没有找过我妈了，听说她是个独居老人，无儿无女。
所以就算走了也没有什么人可以通知，在一开始我觉得无比可怕的宗教，在这个时候我却觉得无比温柔。
因为比起我们这种无宗教之人来说，遇事总是把认得的各路神仙都拜了一次，说是有个寄托。
但还是道教佛教分不清，天主基督也分不清。终究像个无魂之人在熙攘人群里漂移不定。
归属感。
无神论者生前家是归属，死后却不知道归属哪里。
尊重所有的宗教，因为只有祂能让人又畏惧又温暖。

Kosher is sort of slang for”A.O.K”
Literally, it means”fitting and proper ”in Hebrew.
And we take it very literally indeed.
Before we let one of our Boeing 707’s off the ground,our crews do some fancy footwork to make sure that everything is just so.

On the other hand,when breakfast comes, you’ll find gobs of butter to go with your lox,bagels and cream cheese,enough milk to bathe in,and all the cream you want for your coffee.
Above all.you get to fly with a bunch of enthusiastic people who don’t have to work at being hospitable because that’s the way they were brought up .
And you can be doubly sure that everything’s kosher,inside the plane and inside you.
